Before I buy a new pump or anything is there a recommended process for cleaning out the tank and lines etc? Also I only cracked the line at the rail and fuel came out (this was with nothing turned on) I didn't undo and disconnect the line entirely just wanted to check if it had fuel there, also what cc injectors do you run in a stock 304? I don't actually know if it's stock, it has a pod filter and extractors but dunno if the internals have been modified like cam or anythingThat pump could have been seized or poling yet still make noise.
If you cracked a line should have anywhere from 40 to 60psi in lines not dribble out.
Over time ethanol content gunks up or pu.p dries out...longer car sits unused more issues can happen with fuel plus car has unknown history so don't know if it ran before or already had issues.
