vt 5lt surging at cruising speed

just like the title says. So wen i sit on a speed an as take my foot of the accelerator a little it starts to surge an gets worse as i back off, any ideas people?????

Bad coil or leads, bad spark plug, O2 sensor, TPS, ICV. Good luck.

and/or the MAF, crank angle sensor.
