To be honest, I'm not great with my car knowledge. My VT recently cracked the head gasket from overheating, apparently it's only a small crack. And the radiator needs replacing, as it has multiple holes causing a coolant leak. What I want to know is whether I'm better off getting it fixed, or selling it off for whatever I can get and buying a new car.

A lot of people have told me different things on how much I could get for it, I just wanted to get some opinions.

    Thanks,
    Andrew.

I don't think you will get much with a blown head gasket and a fkd radiator,

I reckon replace them yourself and then sell it, it's not a hard job, study it on the Internet

Head gasket you can get from repco and radiator you can get from the wreckers

I would say try and fix it yourself. You wont get muchnfor it now and to pay someone to do it will cost a fair bit so grab a manualmformyour car and have a crack.
Just follow the book and ask questions.
