Vt brake caliper onto vl v8 rotor?

Does anyone know if this is possible? Some tell me it is some tell me no way has anyone done it?

Nope......Need to get a hub, which takes the VT floating disc

I've got vx gts 4 pot callipers on my vh. It can be done but as vc commodore says you need the vt hub.
