Hey I have a 98 vt Calais all my light are on iv been told I need a abs is there a place that reconditions them I can’t afford a new one

Get it scanned by a reputable shop and see what the fault codes say.

All the dash lights been on might indicate a comms fault which might be the BCM or other modules. Don't guess
