Wow, thats down there in ks. Lots of short trips though? ? ?
Ks r good, but if its done mostly short trips. . . .

Privately I reckon u'd get good value considering it almost 10yrs old!!

I'd be a little cautious, my own personnal opion btw.

But an engine driven on short trips all its life, never having a chance to get up to operating temp cant be good. I've had a friend who bought a car in similar circumstances, bought it offa an old lady, then had heaps of trouble with it.

Thats just me, I'd imagine the engine wear would be quite high for a car that has that many ks on it. But in saying that too, knowing the way older people look after their cars, it'd be immaculate, u could always drop another donk in it!!!

25k, no way.

Even though it only has 13000k on the clock, it's still ten years old.

How often in that ten years has it been serviced? If it goes by the user manual every ten thousand kms? Or every six months?

13-15k max.

yeah was probably a bit over the price mark on that one, was a rough estimate.....
but even looking around now there are a few people with VT Calais in stock standard with 120,000 kms on the clock asking $15k

Yeah I was talkin to an old fella with a '97 Acclaim.. He only had 18k on it, or some ridiculous amount..

Serviced by Holden every 6 months, the car was perfect..

Damn I'd love to find a car like that! But as mentioned, what would it be like without a proper run in.
