just buy a v8 lol
any suggestions for modifications i can do?

Replace anything that might be on the way out first, no sense at all in adding bits and pieces to your car if other areas are neglected.

Suspension, brakes, steering rack, fuel injectors, power steering pump etc etc.

Unless you have thousands to piss away then go nuts. Buy yourself a raptor supercharger kit.

I've had a VT SS 5 litre for about a year. I'm just replacing things bit by bit with standard or better parts. It's already a great car and doesn't need much to improve performance.
The Raptor kit sounds interesting.
A Growler kit will help with ram air into the intake. They are about $500 bucks. I built my own for about $50. It improved the power.
