hey guys
my mate has an ex cop VT it has traction control and when it also has lsd this is simply unacceptabe and it needs to be switched off ....

BUT....

It has no tracton control button, no fuses or relays that are marked to have anything to do with traction control and its not linked up with the abs either as we have pulled out and played with all the fuses and relays and nothing will turn it off

Does any one have any idea how we can fix this problem
any help would be great

ABS and TCS Control Module are the same according to the Holden Workshop manual and my gregory's one as well.

ABS works off of a Fusible Link in the engine bay and fuse 27, TCS works off of the ABS module.
The way TCS works is by applying brake pressure to the certain brakes that have lost traction, though the ABS modulator, upon the wheels braking, the vehicle regains traction. there are also various torque sensors throughout the vehicle and attached to the engine these sensors provide data to the central unit at the ABS module so that when ABS is turned off Traction Control is turned off too. so if you take out the ABS/TCS Fuse Fuse number 27, it should not operate.

Sell the car and buy one with a switch for traction control.
