VT exec 1999

Hi, just purchased a VT exec 1999 commodore.

Couple of questions.

1. I would like to increase the strength of the headlights (especially low beam)
Are the headlights sealed or can you just replace the bulb (if so, can you recommend)

2. When slowing down, i can hear a squicking noise from the brakes. Any ideas?
(i am going to get the car service so hopefully they will be able to help)

3. steering wheel, the current one is a bit weathered, is replacing the steering wheel a simple job or because of the air bag system something only recommended for professionals
