No you can't. I had to replace one of mine.

yeah i jst wanna cut it... and i wanted to kno of some ppl that have done it before.. i can't imagine that im the first one to cut it...

Yeah I've cut them out before. Just take your time and don't cut too much out at once. I just used a drill and used it like a die grinder lol, then finished it off with a file. (Probably not the best way of doing it.) Shouldn't need the bumper resprayed.

Sorry don't have any pics of it being done, was my old car. No there isn't a line or anything to follow.
