Vt front passenger power window problem

Hey just recently my girlfriends vt acclaims front power window has been playing up, but today it **** itself, I've taken the door trim off and found that the arms that push the door up and down have worn the rails on the bottom of the window itself. Also the arms themself tend to pop out when the button is pushed resulting in the window just falling, Is there any mod I can do to temporary or permanently fix it?

If you mean that the white nylon runners are pooping out of the track then they cam be replaced easily and cheaply. If the arm is popping out of the nylon runner then replacing the runner would probably fix that too.

There's little black rubbers attached to the end of the arm that pop out of the rail on the window, will I need to replace both or just the rail, due to it being worn down
