the easiest way to get the tow bar off is with a rattle gun. if your nice to your mechanic (or know someone with one), they'll take it off in matter of seconds
as for the door handles, 2 10mm nuts hold them in place. but be careful when pulling the door trim off, the little orange/red lug that door lock in place is prone to break very easily
