Hey guys Was just wondering what amount of km's on a 97 VT would be too many? Ive been lookin aorund and ive found a coupel with low 200k is that too many? Thanks heaps
It's difficult to say. On a well maintained car I would say probably not. They can last a lot longer than that. But a car that hasn't been maintained could be stuffed with around 200,000 ks on it. So it all depends on the condition of the car and the price of course.

like said depending on con, but for around 200k i wouldnt pay more then 7.5 as there gettn cheap as chips now im even thinkn on buyn another one an swap all my berlina part over to as its never the same after an acco.. where are u there is a guy selln a white one with 170k on it mags cd player for $5500 in brisbane
It all depends on the condition of the car itself, and any other features it may have. As said before, a VT with 200+ kms on it, could be in better mechanical condition than one with say 150,000 kms.
bought mine private sydney sunday just gone, $5700 187,000ks.... stuffed heater core thats it. $500 fix other than that its sweet. and thats a 98 acclaim
