VT Low Speed fan not turning on

2000 VT Executive Series 2 sedan.

My low speed fan is not coming on, it just passes 104c and only the fan closest to the battery comes on at 108c.

I bridged pins 87 and 30 on the relays and both fans work.

Replaced relays and it made no difference, still only get 1 fan at 108c.

Other info: My aircon hasn't worked in donkeys years.

Any ideas?

Did you replace the low speed fan relay with a new one? The low speed fan relay is different to all the others in the fuse panel.

Thanks for your reply.
I just checked the relay, the new one is 5 pin, but has the wrong pinout, so I found one out of a wreck and its working now.
I bridged pin 86 to ground and its working now.
