vt s2 berlina hard to start wont rev

    Hay guys I have had this problem the last week I degresed front off motor due to leak from power steering resvoir and now it will start but u have to turn key to reds there times then once it starts idles ok but wont rev ive check codes come up ok checked leads have spark ok looked for any cracks in coils ok check fuel filter ok found out that reg is holding pressure the hard way check fuel shock up tank and diped clean jar in nice an purple found that fuel comeing out off pump is dirty colour and only dribles out not spray like i fort it would is that write and is there some way to repalce the filter with out breaking pump
    ps i got some off the checks off this sight thanks

    I am just going to take a guess, but it sounds like it could be the fuel pump. If it is, you need to remove the fuel tank.

    yea got tank out looking around for new fuel pump there is a stariner in the pump it self but cant seem to get it out with breaking the pick up

    Too many to list......
    Best to just buy an entire composite unit you get the pump, pickup, strainer, and sender. Change your filter at the same time.

    yea its all good now picked up new pump from wreckers today and put it in its goning heeps better then before the pump was out off a wagon so had to swap over foat but its all good for now
