Vt v6 series 2 stock pretty much as a rock apart from pacemaker extractors .been running fine for months then a few weeks ago started running rough on fuel runs better on gas but does have a slight miss on gas. On petrol it runs rough on heavy acceleration from idle to 3000rpm it accelrates slowly then once it hits about 3000rpm it comes to life and pulls a bit harder to 5000tpm. Thr engine has done 361,000kms it logged error codes 57 64 76 92 range on a full tank of fuel i about 300kms. On gas it's getting a little less it's backfired Into the intake 4 times in the last few weeks happens as I put my foot down to take off from a stop. It's my daily so it's kinda getting more expensive to drive it to work and back every day. I've put in new 02 sensors and didn't change the way it ran at all still runs like ****. :(

Backfire from gas is a sign to change the spark plugs, leads or coil pack, change plugs first make sure you get gas rated plugs, check to see if your vacuum line hasn't popped off that runs from bottom back left of throttle body to the firewall on the left side of motor. Being gas you have to have a good spark so any misfire is from a spark. Also check the honeycomb in the MAF to see if its ok, check your air intake after the maf sensor for air leaks.
