VT Side Skirts

Anyone know how to remove the plastic side skirts from a Vt, i need to replace a dinged front guard and not sure how the side skirt is removed. Front guard has bolts under the skirt...

theres lots plastic screws under neath and also under rubbers from door to skirt
15 ish- 20 ish then it falls off
