VT SS BCM

Hi all, long time lurker first time poster . My girlfriend has a vt ss 5 litre and it wont start. Had a very dodgy aftermarket alarm, I've removed it all and most of it was simple. but I've got 1 wire I cant figure out. the wire comes from YB163 connector which is for the factory immobiliser (I think). I just cant seem to figure out where this wire is meant to go. Any ideas ? Thanks in advance.

Normally they [alarm/installers tech's] don't remove the wires from the loom plugs,
So there should be a tail of the same wire that has been cut.

What colour wire is it ?
Do you have a photo of it ?
