We are going to need a better explanation than that, I have no idea what your problem is.

    "off its head"

"I do not care how much its going to cost"

Not a promising start to a thread.

I feel like if someone sat down and started writing an essay about valve angles and lobe overlap and ignition advance tolerance of alloy heads vs cast iron and cylinder wall thickness, valve shrouding, knife edged cranks, roller lifters, etc it would be wasted with a one line reply like "will dat make it go off itz head"

You should do a lot more research and start with a better base setup, rather than begin with a really ambiguous, open-ended question and want someone else to do all the hard yards for you, in terms of research and experience. If a customer called me on the phone and asked what you're asking, I'd reply that knowledge isn't free, nor is time.

Ultimate is stroker, with a A2A/W2A hybrid IC system and Whipple blower........

The MACE website will be your shopping meca except for the Whipple blower, Steve is a good man and can no doubt do you a good deal especially if cost is no concern.

Stroker and Whipple = snapped crank. Stroker and well chosen turbo = WIN :). A whipple 3.8L is killer too
