VT V6, 1 and 4 not firing

Gday all, new plugs, new leads, new coil, still no spark on 1 or 4. Any ideas?

Maybe ignition module located under coil packs,
remove, check, clean, resecure, module connector

Have cleaned top contacts and input plug, but will remove and clean whole unit. If that doesn't work, got another in a donor VY.

Coils can be funny on these cars. Which ones are you using ? The DFI module are really good units. Mine is original, and I have only ever changed 1 out of 3 coils in 400,000ks. I did once try whizzbang Accel yellow coils and they died and broke down instantly.

Sounds like dfi to me.

Sorted.
Installed the VY DFI and coils.
Will do an autopsy on the old DFI and put the the VT coils on the VY DFI, just outa curiosity.
Put a delphi coil on 3/6 a cupla years ago and a tridon on 1/4 this time. The centrepunched VY's are original.
