Thanks everyone, just a bit of info about it. The engine was replaced 12 months ago it’s a GEM engine fitted by a local shop and this particular leak didn’t show itself until about 6 weeks after installation, it was initially a constant small amount over night the shop checked it out twice and did get it to slow to maybe a drip or two over night. Im taking it back Friday week to have the oil changed and they did say that they have not had this trouble before sealing eng mount bolts?

I would love for it to be a steering fluid issue however pump / reservoir and hoses replaced.

cheers all and have a good weekend

I used to work for a place that used GEM engines, 1 in 4 had issues, we just went to one of the local guys and never had many issues.
