VT V6 Stall without warning

Hi All, Had an problem arise recently when out of nowhere, my V6 VT will just stall while driving - no splutter just an immedite cut out and all the dash lights come on. Sometimes will start straight away and sometimes have to wait a minute or so before it will fire up. No error codes in computer. Usually when accellerating but has also done it once when I had it running in the driveway and just idling. Any ideas on where to start looking??
