   Have a noise located to the left of radiator hose, from the belt pulley, makes an annoying noise what could this be? It is a 2000 VT V8 Gen3 .

   sounds like it could be the tensioner bearing maybe on its way out
   
   If you have a long screwdriver with engine running (BE CAREFUL) put the end of it on the bolt head or the centre and listen you will hear it rubbling away
