vt vx boot garnish

    Hey guys,
    Just wondering if it is possible to take off my vt calais's boot garnish.. It's got one of those all red ones ad I would like to replace it with the 2 tone style Calais garnish that has that chrome strip ontop of the number plate .. Will it fit .. The thing is the garnish that's on it now has a little key hole but I'm pretty sure that the other Calais one doesn't ???
