vt/vx wagon speakers

i was just wondering where the speakers in a vt/vx wagon are and what sizes they are.

any help would be appreciated

One speaker in each door - Fairly sure they are 6" and that you can get a 6.5" in as a replacement.

Then 2 tweeters in the corner of the dash.

Im hoping to get a pair of 6.5" components for the front doors of mine (tweeters to replace the factory tweeters in the dash). Maybe the Pioneer TS-C160R

Some 2-ways for the back. Maybe the Pioneer TS-D161S.

And a Pioneer GM-6100F 4x120W to drive them......

Head Unit .....Who knows...

As for fitting the 6.5" into 6" stock holes and fitting the tweeters.....ask me in a few weeks.....

Can anyone see any problems with my plans?

Yes, they are all 6". 6.5"s can be made to fit but you need to ask yourself the question, is it worth it for half an inch?

splits for the front and co-axials for the rear is the usual order of the day.

Yes the rear doors are 6" as well.

what about a vs wagon. a friend has one and he knows there are 6 inch in front doors but does not know the rear speaker locations.

um do you mean what size they are or WHERE they are?

IF the wagon has rear speakers, they will be in the doors, if they aren't there, then he doesn't have any. VS wagons as a general rule didn't have rear speakers.
