Change the clips to the push fit flat top clips rather than the Phillips head scrivets. 7mm BMW ones do the job.
I've got about a month or so before my filter arrives so i'll get some of those ordered now then

I know :(

But it includes delivery and I only have to change it every few years.

Yes its an old thread,
but found it interesting, as I am considering it, as I get hay fever

And as mentioned in #27 clean air and less dust inside.

What Holds it in ?
Or
does the wire mesh sit over it to hold it in ?

It fits over the hole. No wire mesh used anymore.

I would change the clips that hold the cowl in. Push fit scrivets instead of the Phillips head ones. Makes it easier to remove.

Extremely happy with the pollen filter I put in.

Dose this fit the VE?
I don’t recall the brand. VT-VZ is completely different to VE.
