vt wagon centre rear seat belt, HELP

Hi everybody, just bought a vt wagon at the auctions, took it in for a road worth and found the centre rear seat belt has been pulled right out and won't retract so it did pass r/w, any idea how to get it to retract or how I get into the seat to replace it because I can't find a way in to get it out Cheers Grassy

did one of these yesterday
you need a new belt assy, the escutcheon it goes through & the plastic trim on the top of the seat on the back.
lean the seat forward far enough to undo the 19mm bolt to the floor (cut the belt if you cant undo the bolt)
pull off the plastic trim on the back (it will break) peel off the trim & cushion.
undo the 17mm nut holding the belt retractor & replace it.
reassemble the seat. all done.
