They are stuck on the same way the Ecotec/Commodore badges all are, Sicaflex (spelling?)

Anyway, there are a few threads on removing the badges etc, needs to be heated up and peeled off, then
polished back with some Prepsol or something of the likes to remove the residue. Then polish the area.

Im assuming this would be the same with the door mouldings, someone here will have no doubt removed them,
tho dont know what sort of damage it can cause if any as long as its done right. I wouldnt do it unless you
are confident, as some cases will end up at the spray painters.

i removed mine omg what a night mare
hope you have stong hands and arms and pull like hell
it is flat behind no holes or bits sticking out
the rubber/silocone crap will only come off with a caramel wheel
i tryed all solvents and it didnt budge but the wheel ripped it off instantly
good luck

It's not flat underneath, there's an indentation running just short of the length of the strip.I seen one the other day,and I don't think it does anything for looks.Probably better to keep them as they can protect your paint from opening the door and bumping something,as well as trolleys and so on.
