VT2 factory immobiliser

    i've got a HSV GTS VT2, factory immobiliser has developed a fault after replacing battery.. :cry:

    anyone know how i can get the car started so i can get it to a dealer for repair or what part to replace if this is something i can do myself?

    Suggest you check all your fuses and reseat all the relays. When you say the immobiliser has developed a fault, what sort of symptoms are you getting?

    all fuses and relays checked..

    no fuel pump or starter when switching ignition on, after 10 secs, 3 beeps from behind dash.

    this is definitely the factory immobiliser.

    i just need to get it going to take it to a dealer for repair.

    after switching on the switch press the unlock button on the topo of the trip computer menu but the led will stop flashing then u can start the engine
