Hey lads, so I want 190kw outta my 152kw bog stock(got a catback lel) VU series 2 ute. all prices are direct quotes off gum tree/wreckers/MACE

here's the game plan and financials

    -2nd hand Pacemakers + custom fitted hi flow cat = $560 + 10kw (maybe ) ( 162kw)
-2nd hand 15 mm plenum spacer = $100 0kw gain but 1/4 mile time may see a few millisecond shaved
    - MACE roller rockers 1:8:1 = $450 ( may want a decent cam later) +10kw (172kw) - launch harder, rev harder.
-2nd hand 69mm throttle body( will clean and polish $50) +5kw breathe easier, works hand in hand will plenum spacer
-Recalibrated computer = $280(check below) + 8-10 kw they reken

    TOTAL:$1440
    KW TOTAL = 187 ishhhhhhh ( now i can #### over a few VZ auto scum )

please if anyone knows how to get into alloytec territory with easier/ cheaper mods let me know.
( please no comments on CAI's as the stock OTR VU intake does the job nicely.
MAfless tune i thought about but i dont know enough about so please anyone drop in a comment

Well, since you're already at $1500 and you havent accounted for fitment costs or other needed parts such as gaskets i'd say in answer to your thread title "No"

More V6 supercar threads!....must be school holidays

Other than a tune and exhaust the rest of the mods are going to do 2/3's of #### all.

P plate laws say no performance modifications full stop so this thread is moot.
