Hi guys I reacently bought a l67 vt series 2 so that I could transplant its motor and all other related items into my vu series 2. I have a couple questions someone may be able to help
1. My vu doesn't have abs or traction control and the vt does, so is there a way of getting around putting the ecu out of the vt in to the vu without it going off? (Possibly bypassing it)
Also the vt has a passenger airbag and the vu doesnt is this also an issue? The vu only has drivers airbag
2. Has anyone come up with a good easy way to make the manual getrag flywheel dowl pins fit the crank?
Thanks heaps guys!

ABS, traction control, and SRS are completely separate to the ECU, so nothing to worry about there. Just use the VU ECU and get a custom memcal (can't remember if the VU still used memcals).
