Vu ss changed car battery now central locking won’t open car

Hi guys I just changed the battery in my vu ss and now central locking won’t open the car???
Stupidly I changed the door a year ago and never got the lock matched so the key doesn’t open the door manually
Anyone know what to do or do I have to get a locksmith to open the door so I can put the key in the ignition?????
