VU storm ute error codes, car wont start

My ute wont start, it will turn over and fire and just as it seems to start it dies. Yesterday i did manage to get it started but still wouldn't idle (at least i got it home). i've had this problem before and it was caused by the top pipe on the EGR vale having broken off but i could still sit in place and the car would run fine. After yesterdays problems i replaced the whole valve, pipes and all thinking my problem would be solved. No go. I've checked the error codes and i get 10 flashes followed by 10 flashes then 1 flash then 2 more 10,10,1,2. Can anyone tell me what this means, i've done it a few times always get the same sequence then it keeps repeating. I've also seen the list of error codes someone posted on youtube and this doesn't correspond with any of them.... Thanks Heaps

 

I just watched the error code again and it repeated 10 times with no other displays.. What is the CAS?

 

Thanks for the help vx-commodore, I'll replace the CAS tomorrow morning and see if that helps... is the manifold air flow meter a replaceable item also? It's a 45 minute round trip to get parts so if it's not too expensive i'll get that at the same time. Thanks again
