VU Ute Diff replacement?

I have just bought a V6 VU ute and the diff is whining a lot and seems like it will go soon. Was wondering what was the best diff to replace it with, it has the original diff in it at the moment.

I have found a diff with ABS and IRS from a VX commodore, sedan. Would this bolt onto the ute and run well?? Pleases help.

As long as it was from a v6 and the ratios are different from man to auto so be sure if yours is man then get a man one
