Just wondering can anyone give me a wiring diagram for the cd player in a vx r8 clubby, head deck sh!t itself and want to put after market unit in, noticed there is a few more plugs then the starndard vx behnd the head deck. I am guessing thats to run the amp and extra speakers???
theres two plugs, antennae plug and maybe stacker plug. The bigger plug is the main plug, the little plug is for the factory amplifier. u dont need it, thou unplug the amp before installing any aftermarket cd player. Wiring codes: orange - 12v constant yellow - ignition black/white - ground yellow/red - auto antenna yellow/black - mute/not needed dark green - right front - light green - right front + tan - front left + grey - front left - blue/red - rear right + blue black - rear right - pink/red - left rear + pink/black - left rear - brown/white - illumination the other grey, brown and black wires are for ure steering control if fitted. By fitting a cat 10 steering control mod will fix it.. any more help let me know..
