Alrighties, just replaced the abs module, it was 348 and it was replaced with 485, pretty sure it is fixed but I'll give it a couple weeks and see how it goes

My vx ss commodore LS1 has started having a problem. It starts and runs fine but when I accelerate a bit heavy the dash cluster will light up like a Christmas tree and all warning lights come on, the guages drop to zero, my stereo cuts out then it goes back to normal then will do it again over and over. I also noticed a slight whistle sound when the dash goes haywire. I disconnected the abs connector and went for a drive and it still happens. I have had issues with my traction control staying off when starting the car and switch wouldn't work until I re start the car and track light would go out and switch would work. Since I disconnected the abs connector and the car still does it does that mean it's not the abs module and if not what would be the problem, could it be the voltage regulator on the alternator? I am stumped any help would be much appreciated

Na I checked the battery and alternator with multimeter today and everything is in range. I did a DTC diagnostic check and got codes in the attached picture. I was able to clear the T08 H- code but wouldn't let me clear the other 3. I have disconnected my battery till tomorrow to reset the computers and will take for a drive and see if it throws the same codes again. I'm leaning on the abs module going but the faults. I'm getting an auto electrician to run full diagnostic checks through the week just to confirm its the abs module and go from there

yeah completely different, abs module generally won't interfere with the car running, although the AC is known to be affected.
