vx commodore indicator relay

Can anyone tell me the location of the indicator relay and where would be the best place too get one,does Super Cheap have them in stock or should i go too Repco or can someone reccomend a good place at a good price to get one and roughly how many $ will i be up for?Is it something easy too fit yourself?

If you mean the flasher unit, it is where the fuses are below the steering column. Get them at Repco, Supercheap, Auto One or virtually any car accessory place. Probably around $20.

Just out of curiosity, what is actually wrong?
Had a recall (rework) back in the day for the hazard switch and stalks also play up.

The indicator still works if i move the stalk manually but doesnt flash on its own accord

Try the hazard switch next time it happens and see how it goes.
This is the reason for the replacement of them in the recall.

I've just started having the same problem this weekend. It seems like once I've been driving for a few minutes, the indicators won't flash anymore. Did you manage to fix the problem?

i have the same problem in mine ,the indicators stop working when you have driven for a while.i bought a relay today but i haven't fitted it yet as it is now dark.they work if you hold the stalk down but not by themselves

Sounds like a stalk problem if they work if you hold them.
