Hi I was wondering if anyone has either made or bought a Dodge Charger GO RHINO ram bar and made to fit a vx ss commodore and if you did just buy a go rhino ram bar then what modifications did you make.

This **** isn’t designed to protect you from animals and they look stupid.
Buy something that is designed for the purpose at hand and that ensures two things. 1. Your bar meets Australian Standards. 2. It fits your car.

I've got an Irvin ally bar here but it's wrapped in pallet wrap after it was painted til I put it on. Just a light weight ally one , decent size too will probably put a bend in it but should be able to keep driving and that's what counts.

i understand that the go rhino ram bars aren’t meant for large animals but I plan on putting something together that looks similar and is really tough personally I love the look of the rhino ram bars but I know I would have to seriously change the design for the headlights and stuff and I’m not to worried about the laws of bull bars but I probably will soon

Nah I’ve seen those for years and always thought that they’re way to big and heavy and would make the car be unpredictable when turning hard at speed

Just in general I’d prefer to not have both an Engine and a huge bull bar on one side of the car as it would make it unpredictable when turning hard if necessary like if I had to swerve to avoid something or just like anyone else just wanting to have a bit of fun on a road in the middle of nowhere where I’m the only one that can get hurt and I understand that risk
