Vx commodre engine shaking at idle and knocking

Hay all this is my first post

I just brought a 2002 vx acclaim wagon for $350

These are the problems i have
Engine knocks and shakes at idle.
Engine smooths out at 20-30kph still knocking.
Engine knock gets less auditable at 60-70kph.
Engine basicly has no knock but slight shake at 80-100kph.
Come to ide complete stop in drive trys to stall and picks back up.

There my issues im getting codes cant seam to get any sence out of them.

Codes

0122
0120
0101
0153
0154

Thay dont seem to be codes i know but thats what it read out may need to redo them

When i first drove the car number 2 ignition lead wasent on properly.
Number 1 injector was pissing fuel everywhere. (Fixed before driven was missing retainer)
Number 3 injector dident seam to be working replaced it.

Did a spark test on all cyclinders all fireing.
Tested all plugs brand new and sparking.
Tested injectors all pulseing.
Compression tested all cyclinders all correct.
Engine had all gaskets replaced due to blown head gasket and was never driven on after replaceing due to previous owner noticed the knock and left it be.

I have read as many posts as i can and im at a loss.
I know these engines well ive owned many vs vt vx vy commodores and none have confused me as much as this one!!!

Ive even been as far as to disconect each injector for engine change only injector that dosent make a difrence when disconected is number 3.

If anyone has any ideas or thoughts ive done everything in my knowledge to check for what could be wrong.

And i appolergise in advance for any spelling mistakes or misinterpreted parts as i have dyslexia.

$350 I'm surprised it even has an engine, sounds like its time for a replacement engine.

Code 0122 Throttle position low
Code 0101 Engine running but no Maf signal.
Code 0154 No signal from left hand oxy sensor for 4 minutes.
(Max Ellery repair manual).
Other codes not listed.
Have you swapped any of the known working injectors with no.3.
Have you checked the wiring for no.3 injector.
Have you checked for bent push rod or valve on no. 3.
I think you may have damaged wires?
Do you have a multimeter?
If not get one.
Also get repair manual if you haven't.
The car looks in good condition.
I think maybe you can overcome the problems.
Worst scenario is replace engine.

Ive got a multimeter ill check it tomorrow.
I could posably have a bent rod witch ill check both exhust and intake rods tomorrow.
But speacking of bent rod or valve out the exhust seams like its missing the bloke that done the engine may of bent a rod puting the head on.
And have changed injector on no 3 with a working one out of another car no diference.

Thanks for help so far ill test and check some things tomorrow and see what i come up with

Maf is fine its still missing on number 3 injector is working plenty of spark and fuel its got me confused.

From drivers side to passenger when looking from the front on the coil pack:
6 3 2 5 4 1

Engine cylinder numbers:
Back
6 5
4 3
2 1
Front

Codes:
0102 TPS circuit malfunction
0122 TPS circuit low
0101 MAF circuit range
0153 o2 sensor slow respone
0154 o2 sensor no activity
(google adding "p" to the front of the 4 digit code)

Even though no.3 plug is new and looks good, have you tried swapping it to another cylinder to see if the miss moves?
