Vx engine oil leak

    I've got an oil leak dripping from the front of the engine on the drivers side. It seems to be oozing from behind the power steering pump but is really hard to spot. I don't think it is valve cover gasket. It higher up than the oil filter. Definitely engine oil.
    Any ideas anyone?

    Well My Guess would be the Rocker cover gaskets.
    Degrease the engine down, then have another go trying to find the leak. I think its only really that or the power steering pump that could leak on the drivers side thats above the filter.

    If its engine oil, the First thing to Check is that your Oil Filter is tight..?
    if its not that theres really only one thing left that will leak engine oil around that spot the rocker cover.

    Thanks for the replies. I have made sure the oil filter is tight. I'll assume it's the rocker cover then.

    yep +1 to rocker cover aswell m8, give engine good clean down then have another look :)

    mine is leaking slightly in the same area mate and it is the rocker cover
