Vx fault code help needed

my wagon v6 shows the following flashing light code on the dash- 12 -10-10 and back to 12 (one flash two flash, pause ten flash short pause ten flash pause and back to 12) 12 I know is that system is working, but what does 10 mean, I can find no reference for ten? and yes one would think one flash would be ten, not ten flashes.

vx is 4 digit fault codes
obviously cannot display zero so flashes ten
so an all good twelve
would be ten. ten, one, two, delay then repeat for total of three times

Thank you the car is missing a bit when under load hence the check, will look at coil plugs and leads next. cheers
