Am I wrong or right?

10, 3, 7, 4 = 041 Electronic spark timing (EST) circuit
10, 1, 2, 2 = 014 Coolant temperature sensor (voltage low)
10, 3, 4, 2 = 036 Vacuum leak
10, 1, 3, 1 = 014 Coolant temperature sensor (voltage low)

Or would you ignore the first 2 and only use the last 2 as tens then units?
eg. 10, 1, 2, 2 = 0022 Throttle position sensor (voltage low), 10, 3, 4, 2 = 042 Electronic spark timing (EST) bypass circuit

It's a four digit code, the way I read it is:

10, 3, 7, 4 = 0374 Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A No Pulses
10, 1, 2, 2 = 0122 Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Low Input
10, 3, 4, 2 = 0342 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Low Input
10, 1, 3, 1 = 0131 02 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank I Sensor I)

Hey there I was wondering if any one could tell me what my fault would be? It's
10 - 1 -2 -1
I can't quite work out how to work the four numbers into two
I'm new to this so not sure exactly what to do

That is 0121, you don't want two numbers because VX have a 4 digit code. 10 = 0
P0121 = Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Range/Performance Problem
