VXII Commodore Exec
I get on average 10L/100km in "outer Melbourne" driving to & from work - a bit of peak hour traffic, but nothing too drastic. On country runs it drops to around 8-8.5L/100km.

I have a VXII Exec which I "granny drive" - acclerate slowly at the lights and don't let it go over 2,000rpm.

When I put my foot down a lot I can easily get 14-15L/100km... but after the recent hike in petrol prices, I've learned to calm down a bit and at 10L/100km it's definitely saving some money. :)

To see the difference in driving style etc I find it easier to select mode 2 on the trip computer and turn on the litres per hr. It is bit more useful than Litres per 100 ks.

At 100Ks in 6th it gives about 6.5 on the flat. try the same in 4th and it up around 9-10. At idle it is 2.5. Flex your big toe and it jumps to 30+.

When I fill up I generally get 350 DTE after a week of city driving. A good run to the island and back at it goes up to 500 DTE at next fill.
