it doesn't cover it (the VX one), you have to remove it after taking off the garnish.

maybe get your vt garnish colour coded ? seen it done and it allows you to keep your keyhole :) personally i think its better without, another less lock to break into

yer get ur VT garnish colour coded looks much nicer than the VX garnish and u get 2 keep the key hole and if u got audio gear in ur boot u wont b able 2 get into the boot if ur key fails through the back seats prolly unlikely 2 happen tho.

    Hi,
Is it possible to just get a boot lid off a VX and place it on a VT2 to remove the middle lighting bit, obviously you would need to change the tail lights to include the reverse lights.
    Thanks
    Adam

yeh but prolly cost u more? n if it need too be colour match thats more money, just get the vx garnish arouns 120 on ebay or wreckers. put it on, change the lights. and u will have to run a wire from one side to the other, to get the other reverse working.

    hope that makes sence

nice good thinkin mite have 2 see wat it looks like wen mine gets dun, can u get it out easy enough without scratchin the paint on the gromit if u eva need 2 get it out? i was gonna leave mine and mask around the silver bit around the key hole, thought it would kinda match in with the silver added on the rear skirt, sides skirts n front bar wat do ya think?
