Bought my SII VX 3 months ago, (V6 Auto 150,xxxk's). And it's absolutely gutless. My VN picked up harder and faster accelerated at a faster pace, my sister's VS and my my Mates VT's all do the same. And my VX gives barely any kick. Apparently the plugs and leads were replaced a month before I bought it, they look new enough and the rest of the Engine bay seems to be in perfect condition. So I'm stumped. I don't even overtake any-more cause I know it'll take longer than it should to get the speed I need. Quit literally feels like I'm driving a 4 Cylinder.
Any suggestions? No error codes either.

I've got EXACTLY the same issues with my S1 VT Calais. I've never really looked into it, I just lived with it as my wife would drive it daily. But now I've bought her another car and the Calais is now my daily driver, I'll have to look into it. Check error codes etc. keep us posted on your car and when I start looking at mine I'll put up my findings too.

Things you can check.......
May be the throttle body and the plenum chamber need a good clean?
Air filter dirty?
Fuel filter clogged?
Injectors blocked?
Vacuum leak?
Coil pack/ignition module (weak spark)?

May be other readers can suggest more things to check.

Throttle Body was cleaned when I changed the Rocker Cover Gaskets the other week, new Air filter even had a POD Filter on for a week to see if it made a difference, MAF sensor has been changed and cleaned and changed. But the last 4 on the list I'll definitely check out.
As for the exhaust, got a High Flow Cat with a 2.5' pipe all the way back with one muffler. Upgrading my intake would just destroy my fuel consumption rate though hey?

I'm in no way an expert, but I'm just wondering if you are getting enough back pressure from the high flow exhaust on a presumably stock motor.
Get in contact with "Not_An _Abba_fan". He's the exhaust guru here.

Does it change down gears when you floor it? If it doesnt you could have a faulty throttle position sensor.

Air and Fuel filter.

Clean MAF Sensor.

Reset ECU by taking off battery leads for 30 minutes and pressing the brake pedal a few times.
