okay i just started trying this and i can not get the f*****g allen key type bolt fricken things out!! its impossible!! one of them just started to start de-threading or whatever you call it. any help anyone? :(

i never had any issues with them... make sure your using the right size allen key and then get a spanner on the end to give you more leverage

Okay so i kept forgetting to post up, this was about 2-3 weeks ago, i instantly felt a better throttle response and more of a better take off :D great results, only question where can i get a gasket? :/ mines running kind of thin, and repco were the cheapest but they had a kit and it was like $50, and im not paying that for a piece of rubber..

Looks awesome. I was going to get on to this yesterday. Gonna attempt it today! It's probably never been cleaned. That's nearly 15 years! lol

Just did this, great write up. Car still seems to idle a bit rough but that could be due to other reasons. Must say the car seems to be running a lot cleaner and seems to have more air, hence accelerator is a bit more responsive. Here are some before and after pictures.
