VX Ignition Switch?

Anybody familiar with the ignition switch assemblies in the VX?

The return mechanism for when you roll the ignition switch forward to start position has broken so I need to either fix or replace it. Anybody familiar with these switches? Really hoping I don't have to disassemble the whole column to get the bugger out.

You need to remove the barrel and then the switch is easily removed. You just need to remove the shroud from the column first.

I just looked on eBay and they look very similar to VR switch. I think they are just a replace item. Should be able to get one for under $30. I replaced mine.

The spring would be broken, I've never pulled one apart to see what's involved. They would be relatively cheap from memory.
