About the lighting behind the dash, the person i got my car from had a different screen in. When i bought the car he put the stock one back in (one panel). Anyway now the traction light is permanently off, which im fine with, but the backlight behind the LCD screen isnt on. Before i pull it all apart and possibly f**k it up, what do i need to check to see why the LCD screen isnt lighting up?

It will probably be a blown globe or bad connection at the globe.
