Hello I after some advise my commodore was running fine and never had any starting issues yesterday i put key in all ignition lights and everything works but the car wont turn over it doesn't make any clicking or any noise at all so I dont think it's the starter motor or dead battery

What volts does the battery have?

Your lights will still work if your battery is kaput

Grabbing a multimeter and checking your battery voltage is a great place to start

Check the relays in that box on the driver's side of your engine bay. I remove the starter relay from my car if I go away to prevent it being an easy theft target. The lights and stuff still work, but the engine won't make any noise or turn over.
