Hi, I've noticed 4 pin my thermo fans plug has gone very brittle and needs replacing, my question is what AMP universal plug can I swap it to I've looked at a Narva one and it's 20amp but I feel it's not enough do I need 30, 40, 60?

check what the fuse is for the fans, then when u are doing the plug make sure the terminals are crimped good as to not cause connection issues

Looks like you might need a 30amp or maybe a 60amp connector (from the Holden VT/VX Service Manual):

Use a 30amp Deutsch four pin plug.
Each terminal is rated to 30amps so should work well.

You will need the special crimper for Deutsch connectors.

They are better connectors than those used by Holden.
